I recently had sex and had a small cut at the lower end of my vagina. Few days later it hurts when I pee near my clitoris and my vagina area is sore. And upon examining with a mirror I found this white stuff near my perinium. It's not a discharged as it is stuck to my skin, it's rough upon touching and does not feel like a boil. What is this, what should I do?
