Help ! White bumps on penis and redness and lump on shaft

ive been a bit scared lately because i had discharge before on my penis,idk how long i had it but over time i started to botice my penis getting these bumps on it , inhave cluster of atleast 50 it looks like or more and they run all the way down to my shaft , they end before they touch foreskin

i also hace this one lump kn the middle of my shaft and it feels a but like a soft ball , im a bit scared , i get my test results wednesday so a bit nervouse , i just wanted to see if you guys could reasure me imageimageimageimage
