Help! White Chain Of White Bumps On Inner Foreskin

i do not want to add a picture now because i don't know if i am comfortable yet

but i recently used a body wash that i know now is harsh on my skin, stopped using about a week ago. and two days ago i noticed this chain on white bumps that look like pimples on my inner foreskin that i have never had before in my life. i looked up fordyce spots and although the bumps look similar. i feel that mine are more pronounces and the ones i have are like very white in appearance like almost like a pimple with puss. i tried to pop one and it did not pop so i dont think they are pimples

does this sound normal?

ive been putting triple antibiotic on my head and foreskin area. because i used a harsh soap about a year ago and i had peeling issues and that fixed it up in a week.

and this isnt sex related

    Are you referring to coronal papillae? They are the only thing that resemble your description of a 'chain of white bumps' under the foreskin.

    You don't need to worry about them and no treatment is necessary.
