help with bloods?

folks, I wonder if you can help interpret the below bloods for me to say, whether or not there is any indication of a thyroid issue?  I know they are technically within the range, but I do have many of the signs of hypothyroid....  Male, 37, generally fit and healthy, exercise regularly and no other medications.

FREE THYROXINE                12.3           pmol/L    12.00 - 22.00 

FREE T3                       4.18           pmol/L    3.10 - 6.80
