Hi all!
I was wondering if any of you knew of a remedy for fighting fatigue in the daytime. Sometimes it just hits me like a ton of bricks!

I know how frustrating that is! I will be like that for several days in a row and then all of a sudden it lifts. I just go with it and take a nap. I usually catch myself eating trying to get some energy, but it doesn't work. It usually hits me about 9-10 o'clock in the morning ( about 4 hours after I wake up). Hopefully someone on here can help😊

Thanks for replying. If I take a nap I usually wake up feeling worse. It's just awful!

My Dr recommended that I take 1200 mg of vitamin D because I was experiencing fatigue and he couldn't find any reason. So after my blood work came back I was deficient in vitamin D .I have noticed since taking my vitamin D not only do I have more energy but the unexplained aches , lower back pain and dizziness has went away also.
