flora extra light - purple tubs

laughing cow extra light cheese triangles, general low fat cheese spreads and low fat cottage cheese is ok

crispbreads can be bought from a variety of places and are low in fat, as are crumpets and pitta breads

there are a lot of fat free and low fat yogurts out there - muller light, onken, activia etc

you can get low fat salad dressing, helmans do an extra light mayo

the best thing you can do is invest a little extra time when you next go shopping and look at the options in your local supermarket

    Hi Lindsey,

I found a really useful website today whilst scouring the web for some healthy menus.

    http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk

It allows you to compare brands based on fat, sat fats, calories, salt and sugar

    good luck,

    Carley
