Help with foreskin/ penile adhesions... foreskin glued to glans

Posted , 3 users are following.

hi all... have a bit of a problem, so my foreskin has always been very tight, using it has generally been very painful and i generally bunch it forward ina rubber and use lube but cant go on for long..

so two years ago i had an infetion/ balanitis and my foreskin got cracked/ inflamed and very itchy and it completely closed off

anyway ive been trying to stretch it for a while and ive kinda managed to pull it back earlier today i think for the second time in my life when flaccid its still very tight but i dont remember it ever looking this bad when i checked it before!!

it looks like parts of the foreskin have glued to the penis... !

So ive been to a doctor and been prescribed fucidin only cream for balanitis but if im honest that just made it worse and it was burning to pee, so i stopped...

i was hoping it was just a tight foreskin but not sure what to do now...

Hi kp, I think you should see a urologist and have it checked. they can advise you on the best way to proceed with your adhering foreskin. You may also have a skin condition that needs to be assessed so I'd go back to your doctor and get a referral.

Agree with Ivan, get the skin infection resolved first.

You are correct, your foreskin is fused. So first decide if it's an issue for it as some men don't have problems like that. The general tightness is clearly something that you want to resolve and the current stretching will slowly resolve that. However you may want to give that a rest until you have the skin infection resolved.

    DM is ok,

    Rob.
