Help with life after gallbladder removal

so I am eight months after gallbladder removal. everything went fine after a few weeks I returned to my normal routine and after about a month and a half I started eating normally again. Around June I started to feel a little nauseous and developed a lump in my throat along with not being able to eat anything. I went to see my doctor and she told me that I most likely have gastritis along with my silent Gerd. She prescribe me antacids along with pantoprazole and sucralfate. I was to take these for eight weeks and come back and see her. after doing some research of my own I take probiotics and a multivitamin. I don’t really know if digestive enzymes and bile salt will help with my condition. After taking the medication I am able to eat more but still get full early and I still feel a little uncomfortable after eating for maybe like an hour or so until my food goes down. Has anyone had similar symptoms and if so what did you do to alleviate these symptoms to live a more normal life? now I am still at an unhealthy weight, I am 348 pounds and have been walking for at least 20 minutes a day. I want to do more like actually do a physical work out but I really don’t have the energy for it please any guidance will be appreciated.
