HELP WITH PAIN FOR HERPES!!!

Last week I started having a burning pain when I would pee I didn’t think it was really anything about a day or two later it got worse so I checked my area and I had little white bumps and my vagina started itching and burning bad ! I had an appointment yesterday my doctor looked down there and immediately told me she’s pretty sure it’s herpes. I have to wait till monday to confirm. The pain is AWFUL every time I want to pee I want to cry because of the pain this is my first outbreak which I’ve read is the worst my whole body is in pain my flaps are like sticking together is that normal ....? I’m super busy this week I’m gonna have to be on my feet a lot so I have a feeling the pain is going to get worse since I won’t be resting a lot. I’m trying not stress as I’ve read it makes the outbreak worst. PLEASE give me advice with this pain !!! It even hurts to walk I’ve never had pain like this before !!!! I have so many questions but I’m trying not to make this long ...

    Calm Down. Just wait until your results come out. Relax, even if it's herpes, it can be controlled, and won't affect your daily life by a lot. Did you have any sexual activity before this happened?
