Help with paying for Creon??

Posted , 2 users are following.

I'm on Medicare with Part D insurance & I just paid $637 to fill my first Creon prescription for EPI. YIKES! I don't qualify for Abbvie's assistance. I'm searching for coupons to use when i need to refill. Or possibly finding a legitimate Canadian pharmacy to use. Has anyone had any success in finding options to lower the cost? Thank you in advance for any help/advice.

    Hi Sharon,

    Wow, that's quite a deductible you've got!

    I'm also on Medicare/Part D & a Creon patient for about 8 months now.

Since the Medicare deductible is $226, the remainder of the $637 will be applied by your Part D provider. My price for a 60 day supply runs about $115 for the 36/114k caps.

There are several organizations that can help you with your deductible/cost of the meds.

I used the "PANCAN Network" for a drug that would have cost me $1500/month!

There is another network called "Needy Meds".

You should check them out, as they helped save my life, and were very friendly as well.

I wish you good health, and Happy Holidays! Da Shoe
