Help with Prostate Hematuria

I had plasma button TURP surgery eight years ago. Any kind of abdominal stress leads to blood in my bladder. CAT scan ruled out Pca. Uro says urethra not totally healed probably due to blood thinners. Have been on finasteride to shrink prostate for several years but still have problem.Has anyone out there experienced this problem ? Solution? Latest uro recommends PAE. Comments most welcome. None of three uros has come up with a solution.
