Help with rash/sores between thighs

@hi I have had breakouts for years now of sores between my legs that leave nasty scarring on my skin. these sores usual leak and burst then go away but I am overweight but it's a cycle that keeps coming back and has left my inner thighs a mess with scars. can someone tell me what it is and if it is treatable. I do have photos if you can help@

    Hi, it sounds like you may have hydradenitis suppurativa. A visit to your dermatologist could determine what is causing this and how to treat it. Don't hesitate to PM me. Hope this helps

    We should be careful about this and we have to consult to the doctor regarding sores between my legs that leave nasty scarring on my skin. these sores usual leak and burst then go away but I am overweight but it's a cycle that keeps coming back and has left my inner thighs a mess with scars this would be more irritating too ,
