Help with reflux

Hello, im new here but looking for some advice since I am not getting anywhere in my current situation.

so abit of a backstory, around 2017 i was getting blood in my stool, along with pain in my stomach which had me VERY concerned, this blood was on and off for months but the consistancy of my stools had not gotten better since, after having a smear test, several blood tests and a colonoscopy they have said they think it was more of an infection in the stomach and hemerroids. which doesnt explain loose stools.

shortly after this i was getting this rash

like mark on my leg and belly which keeps going and coming back in the exact same place, I was prescribed cream after cream and twice i requested to see a dermatologist they have said i need to give these creams a go first although the previous ones did not work.

I started getting the skin symtoms probably early 2018 and they still come around now. I ended up going private to a dermatologist i booked it when it was flred up but by the tome of my appointment they were gone. so I only had photos, the dermaologist also thought it was odd and couldnt even give a guess as to what it is, he said he may need to take a biopsy of my leg once it has flared up again.

reason ive explained this backstory is with just those 2 symptoms i have been very worried about cancers, these symptoms have been on for 3-4 years so im scared if its cancer related that im even too late for treatment

this past 4 months has been ultimately the worst, I was getting VERY sharp pains every now and then when i was swallowing and the feeling of my throat closing which felt abit mild, continued for 2-3 weeks and called the doctor and they put me omeprazole 20g now this was helping a little and the very sharp pain has subsided however since ive been on them my throat feels like its getting worse i feel drowsy, painful eyes, my neck is actually sore, and sore to the touch, im feeling like a zombie most of the time as to how tired i feel. ive relayed this to my gp who in all fairness referred me to go and see an ENT doctor.

been to my appointment the other day and had the camera up the nose, i was having symptoms at that point to, but he said everything looked fine. my throat was abit red which can be caused by reflux he assured me it was not cancer but because im so worried he said he will give me a follow-up appointment to swallow a camera to xray on the way down which i am still waiting for.

at first when i researched what caused pain when swallowing and acid reflux and because ive been so anxious i straight away picked up on the cancer ones, finding out that squamous cell carcinoma Cancer is actually a throat cancer which i did not know, researching that i find pictures that tlook closter to the marks on my leg than anything else ive found online, to be honest, it matches more to basal cell (from the pictures ive seen)

but some of the squamous cell looks pretty close too. I am very worried that if i did have that cancer then would it not make sense that the cancer would have spreat to lower parts of my throat like the voicebox?

im hoping im just way overwhelmed with anxity but im struggling on what to do next, i feel like im going insane. and getting told my thoat is more anxiety a few ttimes until ive kept on and on and every blood test ive had is all normal? i did have vitamin d deficiency and have finished my course of tablets for it but everything else has been fine.

is it not call for concern with all these symptoms and most tests are coming clear? i hear of cancer being missed all the time and thats why these positive tests with no diagnosis is always making me feel more like its cancer.

i dont know where to go from this point the ent doctor said if they dont see anything after swallowing the camera there wont be much more they can do for me, but i seriously cannot live like this anymore and dont think the doctors are realising just how bad im actually feeling.
