Help with symptoms of cauda equine syndrome

I am a 25 year old male. Slightly overweight. I had a mild concussion 3 weeks ago. went to er twice. ct was normal. I feel almost all the way better. i have this dull ache in my lower back. it is on and off but not terrible. the thing that scares me is the feeling when i have to urinate. it feels like i have to but i struggle to push it out. same with defecating. any help would be great.

    do you have any numbness around saddle area or pains in your legs 1 or both

      no not that i can tell. i did get a new mattress 3 weeks ago and i started a job that i have to sit at all day around the same time. not sure if that can cause urinary problems
