    Hi

i have had FS in both shoulders.  Excruciating pain but the good news is that it does go away.  Mine took about 18 months to resolve.  It will gradually hurt less and you will regain movement slowly but surely.  I had dry needling, which helped me as all the muscles in my back and shoulders were tense and tight as well and I also did some exercises to try and loosen them a bit.  There is a good book called the Frozen Shoulder Handbook which has some good tips and exercises to help you get through it.  It WILL get better.

My FS was caused by an accident due to no fault of my own and then neglect at the A and E. I am in a lot of pain and my shoulder is very stiff. It is no better even a little bit worse after 3 months. I am having physio and doing my exercises. i have a double whammy with having M.E. as well. I am finding it impossible to live with.
