Help with vaginal skin condition, white sores and itchy

Hi all!

So I have been having some issues that I cannot seem to fix. First of all, I have a continuous vaginal discharge that requires me to wear pads all the time. It is like having a period without the period and is annoying. Not sure if that is even normal. Second and most important of all, I have an issue with the upper Labia Major lips being white, extremely itchy and having sores. I try not to itch it as that makes the sores worse and the skin very thin. I did try a hydrocortizone cream for itch relief over the counter and proceeded to have an extreme chemical burn that swelled up the whole vaginal area, clitorous and lips to the point of breaking. LITERALLY, my skin seeped a brown liquid and dripped nonstop. I couldnt go to work and sat with a giant dog pee pad under me at home, and couldnt even walk becuase of the pain. I went to the ER and they put me on 2 claratin a day, as I am allergic to benadryl, extra strength tylenol and some kind of fungal pill, -as they thought it was a yeast infection as well as sitting on an ice pack for long periods of time. Between all those things it did get some better, but when i get hot and sweaty, this thing flares up again. Any ideas or help? I tried the steroid but I an SCARED TO DEATH to try it again. I cant deal with that kind of pain again. I have included a picture of part of the skin. I usually shave and that seems to help with the sweaty heat.

Thoughts anyone? I am desperate for answers.

You need a stronger steroid and NOT a cream, get an ointment. You could also be allergic to the pads you are using. Wear none and change your underwear frequently if you have to

You said your skin is turning white and is itchy? Is the skin thinner and cracks? You should go see your doctor. It could be Lichen Schlerosis...
