Help with what I'm eating please...

Hi all. If you saw my first post you will know that I'm gluten free, as gluten makes me very poorly.
So with that in mind I'm trying to eat well.
A typical day for me is:
Breakfast. Almond milk, protein powder, banana in a smoothie and a Nakd bar.
Lunch. Quinoa, tuna, sweetcorn and extra light mayo. Followed by another protein shake without the banana. Or a 0% fat yogurt.
Dinner. Chicken breast oven baked in foil, sweet potato, veg. I might add nutritional yeast or mayo for flavour. Or the same chicken with egg fried rice and veg (1 egg, brown rice and lots of chopped veg all stirfried with Frylight and GF soy sauce.
How does this seem? I am weighing in the morning so hoping for a loss.
I will add fat content later... Just sneakily posting from work!!!

I keep all my meals under 15g fat and each individual component under 5g. But I haven't been doing under 5g per 100? Just 5g per portion?
Had no negative effects though?
