    Hi

I heard withdrawals are pretty bad when you go cold turkey even if you've only been on it for a few months . I've been weaning off the 50mg I've been on for 2 months , and I started weaning about 2 weeks ago and plan on being done this week because the side effects of being on this medication is just as bad as the withdrawals that people talk about. I was told to drink lots of water, meditate, exercise as possible, and do eye exercises ( the ones people use for vertigo). this medication didn't work for me because it was a situational anxiety attacks that I was having and this medicine made everything worse for me. some of the groups I've been on say to go back on your medicine and wean slowly. I wish I had an easy fix, cuz I need one too. If I find anything else that works I will message you. good luck and let me know if you find anything that works 😃
