Help! Withdrawal or Side Effects?

I am on 7mg of Atenolol having started at 20mg. I tapered down 13mg to 7mg over five months. I have niw endured eight months of Hell. I seem to be at some level of recovery but fear that I may now be developing side effects. Can anyone talk me if they think my symptons are still wd or if they are side effects?

  • anxiety and tension (stiff neck and back)
  • cold shivers
  • adrenalin bursts
  • burning sensation in body
  • headaches
