Hematoma in bladder area?

Hello.

I had a fall from my bike 6 days ago when a car pulled out in front of me, and generally came out OK - bruised ribs, knee, elbow etc. However, I'm guessing I landed on my crossbar as I also had a pitch black bruise and lump in my pubic area at the left-hand side (in front), which from what I've read is presumably a hematoma, and apparently not much to be concerned about. There's not been any blood in my urine and it's not been uncomfortable to pee (although I think I've been going slightly more often). In the days afterwards the bruise spread a bit, but mostly, erm, "downwards". What I've read has suggested that it might take a few weeks for the hematoma to disappear. But actually it's already mostly faded, leaving the purple downward spread a thick red line under the lump - which is still there under a very faint green bruise. It's about the size of a 2p and spherical-ish. I'd assumed that as a hematoma is made of blood that the lump would disappear with the bruise, so I'm concerned about what the lump would be?
