Hemmaroids and fissure opperation

It's my 6th opperation I've had. Botox for my anal fissure and banding of the hemmaroids. I had it done last year and he never banded the hemmaroids, he just did the fissure so went in again to have it done again even though I wasn't in pain! I did have another fissure though and he banded the piles. It's been 4 weeks now and I'm in more pain than when I had it done! I'm struggling to work as it's a very active job, including lots of walking. The pain eases a lot when I sit down. I was bleeding a lot when going to the toilet, the bleeding has now stopped. I can feel two lumps in my anus? The last 5 times of having this opperation I've never been in this type of pain. I sit on hot water bottles and spend my life in baths for the pain! Can anyone shed any light on their experiences?**

    Gone through all that myself worse leakage when sitting down so i suppose will have to try and live with it had botox twice advancement flap and one other precedence's without much success

    It's my 6th opperation for my fissure and my piles. For some reason with me it hurts less when I sit down. I'm so depressed with it. Going to the doctors this week and asking for a new consultant

    im finishing my second month with fissure. its healing with nipedipine 2% three times a day, plus sitz bath after bm, plus calmol suppository morning and evening. LiS is out of the question for me. For what I read here, it sounds to me that post surgery recovery is even less bearable than the fissure itself. ill continue to be patient and go the conservative route.

    Let me know how you get on. I was seeing the doctor today for something else but changing my appointment to ask for a new consultant but not even had my letter through for a check up yet. I bought a sitzs bath so I can soak it more often and using anusol hc cream but it's not doing anything

    He was concerned how much mucus I was leaking, he looked and said he can't see signs of an infection but could be infected internally so gave me 2 lots of antibiotics which make me ill! Today has been by far the worst pain from it
