can hemmorhoids cause pain in perinium and inside upper thighs? As well as of course in the anus area...

I am having the same symptoms...pain in perinium, back of thighs...even feels a little like my testicles at times. I am seeing a gastro next week, I've was diagnosed symptom-less internal hemmeroids years ago...so I'm hoping it's those again and not something worse.
