Hi im new on here. So i was lifting a few weeks back and was doing heavy weight and about a week later i noticed a lump and realized i had gotten a hemmorhoid. This couldnt have come at a worse time because i am set to go to meps for the military here soon. Since then its gottwn a lot better and is almost gone but can still be seen. How do i get this to go away completely??
