Hemmoroids or rectal prolapse

i recently had hemmoroid banding for some prolapsed hemmoroids that were preventing me from having a bowel movement and causing the most excessive foul smelling gas (is this normal for hemmoroids?) after the banding i had severe diarrhea for about a week and constant foul smelling gas (all the time) about 2 months after im still having the same problems and my bowels still feel blocked by a squishy bulge type thing as if it's swollen inside my anus, blocking the exit and am struggling to have a bowel movement or properly empty my bowels. i can feel the poo trying to get out but its masked by the inside squishy skin of my anus it feel like a thin lining blocking it, the squishy skins also comes out a bit when i try to go for a bowel movement then i have to push it back in. could this be something else like prolapse or is it likely that the hemmoroids are just still blocking my bowel movements and any advice on what to do since the banding hasn't really helped. thanks 😃
