Really bad health anxiety hence why the doctor is fast forwarding me for a colonoscopy which is now stressing me to the max , I mean do I really need this procedure 🙁

I wouldn't worry, you said your diet wasn't at the best and you where constipated so that is most likely what caused the problem and your doc said you where good,

I cant stress enough how important it is to drink alot of water and have a high fiber diet. Good luck at your colonoscopy, and remember you are what you eat.. I find bran flakes to be a life saver for all digestive issues....

Hi, a colonoscopy is an easy procedure and conclusive.  You said your diet was “bad” but you were not specific.

i agree with Arok about drinking a lot of water. Also eat vegetables and take daily miralax, citrucel, or Metamucil, these can help a great deal.  Avoid too much meat and be cautious with cheese.

I would not be too concerned about this.

Been there as well.  Fast food is bad, as you know.  Easy to eat and good tasting but lousy on the system.  I personally don’t drink coffee but that alone is not the end of the world - I think.

My sense, based on what you wrote, is that if you fix your diet you will be fine.
