Hemorrhagic cyst on my right ovary

Hi so around 5 months ago i went to my gyno because of sharp pain on my right ovary that wasn't going away he did an ultra sound and he found a small hemorraghic cyst on my right ovary like 2cm big he said it will dissolve on its own in a few months. I went 2 months after for a follow up ultra sound and the cyst had slightly grown. I was managing the pain up until a weel ago the pain was stronger and constant and pain killers weren't helping i said maybe because im due soon for my period. But 4 days ago i had strong shooting pain that i couldn't handle and went to the ER they gave me gas for the pain and told me my cyst is very uncommon to rupture and the pain was because my periods are soon and referred me to an ultra sound which i had today and i was told i have no cyst and that it was gone. My gyno is on holiday until the 18th june so i can't see him. I am not convinced with what i was told because i am still in pain i want to believe and be happy but its too good to be true. Do you think the pain was because the cyst was dissolving? Im so lost

Hi, my names kat and I get cyst and they go and it hurts for a while after cause your ovary fixing itself up after the cyst has caused a little damage to it, if the pain persist I would still go back to the ob gyn, when you know you get cyst its important to see these guys often, after all they are there to help you( the specialists not the ER they suck) still in the process of figuring out why I gets cysts and dont have PCOS it takes a long time but you have to push and get to the bottom of things even if you get turned down 50 times
