Hemorrhoid or something else??

Ive been tested for all STDs - multiple times. Everything keeps coming back negative. BUT In the back of my mind and after reading posts I cant help but wonder if this is truly a hemmorhoid or if I got false negative HSV blood work? (6 months after symptoms and 1 year after sexual contact)

you name the symptom and I guaruntee I have felt it !!! itching, stinging, pressure, burning, feels like a cut thats sitting in lemon juice. I can see a two large skin tags that have formed.when i look inside I see what resembles pilesmultiple hemmorhoids / purple lumps..... but i also see smaller ones. there appears to be fissures in the hemmorhoid/ beside them. they have started to appear like bruises / smaller round hemmorhoids around the anus.

i have discharge - sometimes lots of it, mucus in my stool. if im walking i can feel friction down there which results in an itch that almost drops me -- -and i see small drops of blood.

they seem to flare up without any warning or reason -- middle of the night sleeping

i have a rash all around my anus and vagina the skin itches and ive had tearing both in my anus and vulva -- mainly when I wipe !that resembles small paper cuts

ANYBODY EXPERIENCE THIS?

i want relief -- im terrified its HSV Given the smaller bumps and the tearing. but my 6 month blood work is negative THOUGHTS????thank you!!!!image

    im in that same boat currently 😕 i thought it was just a hem but it isnt healing any and at random it just goes crazy. But same, all blood work is clean so idk whats going on. I was in a crappy relationship and cheated on multiple times but stayed till i couldnt do it no more. tested for a year straight in 4 month periods but i honestly dont know. im scared to even date cause i dont know

      To add to that, im a straight male no butt stuff ever so i cant answer your question but dealing with the same thing.
