Hemorrhoid surgery

I am 1 week post op from Hemorrhoid surgery. I was so scared and worries about the pain I was told I would have, I have been suffering with so much pain I was at a point of depression. they were absolutely the most pain I have been in.

The Dr. even tried to talk me out of it (the surgery) I just couldn't take the pain any longer. I so have not been in a lot of pain. every time I have a bowl movement, I just go straight to the shower clean myself that way and then a sitz bath for about ten minutes. and I'm good. The only thing is now, I have had a stitch come out this morning and that worries me. but I don't have pain. today I walked about 2 miles I gradually am walking better, sometimes I do get some sharp instant pain and then it's gone. This was the best decision ever for me
