Hemorrhoid surgery

i just joined this group 😅 due to I'm in my 3rd week post op and 2 days ago i had the urge to go but nothing was coming out( i been having BM once or twice a day since 2 days after surgery so i wasn't constipated so i didn't understand why i was feeling that way .that days i went to the bathroom 4 times trying not to push so hard but... the next day the 2 skin tags that i had since after the surgery now are swollen and painful, are these going to become 2 more hemos? please someone help.

    i am like you in week 4 and i have trouble swollen once after pooping which stops me to empty completely. please let me know if you found an answer
