Hemorrhoids from hell

Hi All

My Hemrriods been messing with me for a while. I brought supplement that works for a me. And it helps but this time not helping at all. I have internal and external hemorrhoids I can say that the pain is worst than having a c-section with my son and it was not bad. So now I have a white bumps thats like on my anal rectal and I want to say don't know which one of my hemorrhoids is out. Every time I BM it's hurt like hell can't walk pain is 0-1, 000. So now I took a shower and the pain was unbelievable 😫😫 I had to take a Tylenol 3 and 3 Advil for the pain. Don't have a clue should I wait until Wednesday until I go to the doctor or ER. This S**t worst the than having my son.

    Take long soaks in hot water.  Several times a day.  Drinks lots of water and start a laxative if your bowel movements are hard.

      Randy 22 Thanks. I'm drinking a lot of water and eating more fiber food. But I'm still going to the doctor to see what's going on. How you are doing recovering from the surgery.

    I second sitting in hot water. As hot as your but can stand and just soak for 20 ish minutes. Drink as much water as you can stand and out witch hazel or lidocaine cream for relief. My hemmrhiods hurt this bad before I had surgery a few times. And now after surgery the pain has been worst than anything I've ever felt but the warm bath has been a god sent.

    Thanks Newburg.My uncle told me that he has his removed and he said that he feel better now but the first three was ruff. But I don't want it to be removed if its not bad. Hopefully I can get prescription cream instead of surgery.

    hi lionetta I feel your pain , I have had the same problem for over a year eventually went to see numerous gps eventually got reffered for a camera up my arse , anyway turns out I had anal fissure and two piles 

    ?ive been on numerous gels for anus so the pain wont be as bad , but it can be at different days or times the gp said about what I eat but am not willing to change my diet as I have  always been 12 stone no matter what I eat 

    ?anyway I got this anul gel called >> proctosedyl ointment and also suppositories 

    ?am not saying its the best but when u need the toilet and u feel u need to go the ointment blocks out most of the pain thankfully I'm not ashamed to say am 37 yr old dude and the pain can be undescribable  am sure u and most others can relate to it , 

    ?a don't know if you have tried this ??  oh ps ive heard that if u take any form of pain relief like paracetomal or vallium doesn't work for that
