Hemorrhoids or something else!?!?

swollen bump pretty sure its a roid... so it's been bleeding for a month off and on only during bowl movements. Then get a pressure pain up inside for a few hrs or longer then goes away. I've tried ointment and other remedies... only relieif i get and has made the bleeding stop is sitz baths with Epsom salt & stool softeners...

now im noticing a white sticky substance stuck all around the anus rim... one morning it looked like little balls of cottage cheese... meanwhile the pain has subsided tremendously . also appears there could be white bumps along the rim as well... not too sure if its the sticky white balls or what...

no other weird symptoms such as stomach pains or fever... not even that itchy... occasionally... mainly the irritation and the pressure pain ... since i got the bleeding to stop during bowl movements the inner pressure pain went away...

unless i have a hard stool it won't bleed... but its been a month and its still not gone away completely...

any thoughts????image

    looks like internal hemorrhoids to me

      imagebright blood for a month !! all but a week... had a bad stool and bam back to square 1!!! ughhhh.... gonna try intermittent fasting... think the internal has scar tissue from being scraped and aggravated by the stools that are not soft... it need time to heal in my opinion...
