Hemorrhoids. Running out of options / what to do?

ive struggled with hemorrhoids for years now. they got really bad in 2017,18 - a lot of pain and constant burst / bleeding episodes

i had 4 rubber band litigation surgeries (spaced 1 month apart) in 2019 . i would say these helped a bit but soon the hemorrhoids were back to some extent

i currently dont know what to do. i have some discomfort after bowel movement- mainly pain and leakage that stains my underwear. So this lasts about one hour everytime. i try to minimize going to the bathroom just once in the morning and not push at all. however every month or so the hemorhoids seem to grow and grow, resulting in an inevitable burst. this is a bloody mess and can take 3-10 days of bleeding. generally the pain is a bit less after the "burst" but still definitely tender. blood will go everywhere too. usually bright red. it can sometimes spray outside the toilet bowl onto the wall! its horrifying honestly

so now i am super uncertain what to do. living with it seems an option but inevitably ill have an episode every so often and the pain is there always to some eztent. surgery is also super painful and barely helped in the long run. should i consider laser treatment? more RBL? no idea and asking if anyone can relate thanks!

i had banding of 3 hems in jan this year.

saw improvement for a month or so but after that i get a flare up every few wks.

did you find the same happened with you?

i found banding painful so haven't wanted to try that again.

    were yours internal?

i take a stool softener now prescribed by the dr but you can buy over the counter called lactulose.

i dont suffer with constipation and take very little time on the toilet once per day but i find they only have to be slightly big or more solid and it starts off the bleeding.

    have you tried a softener?
