Herbal remedies over prescription meds

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has had a success story using naturopathic prescribed herbs to curb their anxiety? I know they tend to take longer to see any affect in comparison to over the counter meds. Curious to know what you've taken and has it helped ling term.

love this😁 I have that in my cupboard, I purchased lions mane to see if it will help with my depression, nootropics also. we live in good times! I was prescribed propanolol for panic attacks there and have read the awful side effects, I should have known better! I've also cut out carbs and sugar and lost alot of weight. I shall try my ashwaganda tomorrow 😁we must take responsibility for our own health.

Hi. You start off with 5 drops and if needed you can start upping your drops whenever you feel. I take 8 in the morning and 8 at night! It really does make me feel more relaxed and more at ease. I've noticed now if i forget to take the oil for a day my anxiety comes back with a vengeance. I still have anxiety but it has calmed down ALOT where it is tolerable. I hope it helps you!!
