Some of us were diagnosed with Gilbert’s ONLY because we were eating a diet that was high in herbs and spices..!
As soon as I changed my diet and stopped the spices and herbs the Gilbert’s was massively improved. The bilirubin was over 100 and is now 27; still high but a lot better.
Also those with some blood disorders and cancers already have a liver that is struggling and the addition of herbs and spices can be a problem.
The Mayo Clinic is doing research into the effects of green tea, however they are using the pure extract as the normal tea sold in shops has to be drunk in GALLONS to have any scientifically proven medicinal benefits. Also it is often loaded with pesticides and other contaminants.
