Here are my results of my ultra sound? What does this mean?

58-yearhs ypothyroidism. Technique: Real-time grayscale and color Doppler sonograph, Thyroid gland is normal in size. The right thyroid lobe 5.3 x 1.6 x 1.8 cm and the left thyroid lobe 5.7 x 1.8 x 2.1 cm. Isthmus measures 0.8 cm in AP thickness. There is prominent diffuse heterogeneity of the thyroid gland parenchyma with scattered irregular areas of hypoechogenicity. No focal solid or cystic nodule is identified. There are no thyroid calcifications identified. No abnormal hypervascularity at the thyroid gland. Impression: Diffuse heterogeneity of the thyroid gland parenchyma without focal nodule.
