I saw your discussion about living in Mexico with Acahalasia! I am sorry to hear that as I also have Acahlasia 3 which is the rarest of all.
To date there are only 3 treatments for Achalasia; Heller Myotemy, POEM and Esophogectomy and that's it! Some doctors will try Botox injections or try and give you Channel Blockers which is heart medication. But the facts are there just isn't any cure for Achalsia. I would be careful about taking medications at random because even Doctors in the States do not know how to treat it. It takes about two years on average to get it correct. 40% of all Doctors get it wrong. If you came to the states you might get different treatment but I know Mexico City does Heller Myotomy with wrap!
