      Have you a view on having the operation using the mesh ?

      I would think very very hard before having a mesh. I have had to have 2 meshes literally dug out of me. My body rejected both and I had a huge hard ball of mesh in my groin. The pain.. and it took me years of going from surgeon to surgeon until I found 2 that actually believed me. 

      The pain and suffering I have endured I would not wish on anyone else. I ran, hiked, was fit. Had a job I loved and now som says I am unable to get out of my bed.

      I would research for a surgeon that will perform hernia surgery without a mesh.

      I wish you all the luck in the word and ask questions, lots and lots of questions!
