Herpes?

I had an encounter with two new partners around 7 months ago, shortly after developed a burning/tingling sensation in my lips, never seemed to have any obvious sores or blisters, had sti check all back negative. With my worrying I went through a private clinic in the UK and got a blood test for herpes (iGG) via finger prick, as it’s stated that was sufficient size to confirm positive or negative but not full confirmation of positive. I believe the equipment they use is DiaSorin[/b] LIAISON Analyser with accuracy in the high 90s. 

I had several tests with the final test being 7 months after the encounters, came back negative for bothHSV1/2 with HSv1 0.0989 and Hsv2 below 0.5. 

How confident can I be this isn’t herpes?
