so, me and my girlfriend have been really going at it the past week. We have tried to have sex, but didnt work, too tight, but i've been getting a lot of head. Yesterday i noticed these small bumps on my penis, dont know what it is. It doesnt hurt, nor is it itchy. It doesnt not hurt when i pee, but it feels a bit weirder than normal.

It looks like a mild case of balanitis. As to the cause, it's difficult to know from the information you've given, although it could be related to oral sex from what you've said.
I would suggest avoding oral sex and applying Canesten-HC or Daktacort cream to the glans until it settles down.

Hi, thanks for the reply, is that something i can get without a perscription? Or do i need a medical person to check it out?

If you live in the UK, you can go to any of the online pharmacists (Boots, Lloyds, Superdrug, etc) and order Daktacort, Canesten-HC, etc. You may have to fill out a medical questionnaire.
