i just noticed this yesterday, not itchy. No fever, no tingling.. does not burn when I pee. What could it be?image

    it could be an anal fissure? although I'm not sure it's close enough...or an irritation from shaving. if it's only the one just keep an eye on it for any changes you can go see a doctor if its scaring you or changes. but honestly sometimes we can get random irritations and not notice them unless by accident. just keep an eye on it hope all is well

    hey im doubting you still look at this but did you ever get tested or swabbed? I am just curious because i get something similar

    it's quite hard to tell, check your genitals and keep an eye. Swabbing it could help too
