Herpes?

A bit of background: The first time I ever saw this happen was when I lost my virginity and it was a very friction filled time.... that was three years ago and I did go to the doctor and tested negative for any STDs though my doctor did originally say it looked like herpes. ever since then it reoccurs but only after sex or very briefly when I wear a scratchy thong and only in my vaginal opening. it is not painful to pee and it is not painful to walk nor do they stick around for more than a week they just feel irritated. this time is the worst ive seen it and it happened directly after an eventful day with my partner, we went about 4-5 rounds in the spam of 2hours (tipsy night). typically I cannot go a second round with any of the partners I have had because my vaginal area gets very sensitive after the first, almost sore or irritated. I am not sure if I am just not properly lubricated (definitely possible, i did not experience any problems during the rare times i got proper foreplay) and this is friction blisters or if this is a case of HIV. image this is what it looks like right now, the next day.

Those are definitely lesions but to say its herpes definitely would be wrong, ive never seen them manifest that way but try to get them swabbed and stop checking down there frequently youre probably irritating it.

thank you for your input im definitely going to get blood work to see if they can catch any HIV just to be sure. like u said it really doesnt seem like such but for the sake of me and my partner i want to be informed. You're definitely right I was irritating it but fortunately as of yesterday they’ve basically disappeared I cannot feel nor see them anymore.
