Blister forms after masturbation on tip of penis and then disappears later on. Blister/bump(?) leaks a clear substance. The tip of my penis is constantly looking red-ish and irritated. Not any noticeable burning when peeing or any other symptoms. Tested negative for all other STDs.

put some warm water on it looks like u beat off a lot not being funny that can irritate the skin also sensitive to certain soap can do that but def not std
