can you help with my anal sore. im afraid to see a doctor. i thought i had anal fissures only since i have burning pain during defecation. when i checked my anal, i saw a lot of sores and there is a smelly discharged now

yes but with my partner only. the sores are scattered around my anus and it is giving pain and discomfort when you sit and walk.
