I have had outbreaks before but this is much smaller. I had no pre warning but have this, any advice is welcome. Thanks

looks like a rash from dry skin but could be a outbreak look at my post as i have herpies to use to get out breaks on my leg fiance got them on cat and mine dont burn hurt or itch and i get them rashes all the time if i beat my meat dry
