Herpes??

hi everyone, i recently returned from a holiday abraod where i had one night stand but he did use condom. i had thrush like symptoms so wqs treating mayelf then it developed into a fever. at which point i went to my doctor who did not examine me but just listened and viewed a urine sample.

he said it was thrush and kidney infection. he prescribed the pessary and antibiotics. from i started both my vagina is broke out in sores or ulcers. i am going out of my mind is this herpes even if he used condom? has anyone exoerinced similar? thank you in advance
