Normally yes - you did say it was a little sore which they can be.

When you popped it, was there anything that come out?

yes puss and a little blood that was it. not to be gross but kinda squirted. but it didnt hurt at all. still doesnt hurt

like i said just a little sore because i keep messing with it.

No - this sounds like a boil or Sebaceous cysts, these are caused by a blocked sebaceous gland (oil gland in the skin). They are common down there and probably only arise one at a time.....

Just out of interest does the area feel like a hard nodule?

i pressed down on it no pain again does feel a little firm. why is that bad!!!!!

you probably squeezed the muck out already sometimes these cysts arent heavily filled, I get them under my breasts also. i wouldnt fiddle with it as you can cause infection so if its not itchy or bothersome then just leave it alone.
