Herpes? Bacterial? Fungal? Having panic attacks PHOTOS

I’m hoping that somebody can help me. Since mid December I have experienced some symptoms that have got me really worked up and im loosing sleep and having anxiety attacks over this weekly.

Here’s a summary of what has been going on:

-Early December I had a one night encounter with a girl that I had met randomly while out at a bar. she wanted to keep seeing each other but I think she gave me something so I stop talking to her.

-Approximately one week after our encounter I noticed some pretty intense tingling in my shaft of my penis. I then felt some minor flu like symptoms a couple of days later. Was nothing intense but lasted a couple of weeks. Flu was going around at this time as well so could have been coincidence.

-A couple of days later I noticed two small slightly raised red sores appear. There were no puss or white color of any kind. these lasted about two days and then healed and disappeared. I can however still see a small red rash where they appeared. I also have red lines on the veins of my penis that were not there ever before and still there 2 months later.

-Since the initial sores appeared I have been having burning while peeing. Not intense but always there for 2 months now. I also have a small reddish area on the tip of my penis visible more with erection.

-approximately one week after the initial sores I had two more stores appear on the bottom shaft of my penis. They were the same red type sore that only lasted a couple of days and then they were gone again. Again no Puss white color or anything. More just like a scab appearance like the original 2. Once these appeared I booked an appointment with my doctor and got in same day to have them swapped. They were sent into a lab and came back negative for HSV 1 and 2. I then got blood work done and urine test and was cleared of any STDs. Including syphilis chlamydia and gonorrhoea. They also treated me for chlamydia and gonorrhoea infection as a precautionary with antibiotics while I was getting tests done. It was the single dose treatment and seemed to help for a little while but then things went back to normal.

-I had a small bump start to form again a few weeks later which looked more like a plugged up gland or something. This one developed into a raised bump which again only lasted a couple of days and then it was gone. I went in to have this swabbed as well and it came back negative for anything. They also took another blood sample to test for syphilis while I was there. Came back negative.

-Since all of this has been going on I have had frequent tingling in my testicle area, redness in the testes as well as sometimes in shaft and head of my penis and slight burn every time I pee. I also feel it in my face. I can feel some tingling on my nose and on the left and right side of my face in frequently as well as my lips sometimes. I also have some redness on my face that was never there before. No sores have appeared on the face but odd feeling. I also feel an irritation in my anus that comes and goes for 1.5 months now. I did engage in oral sex with this person as well unprotected. Both give and receive.

I’ve tested negative for everything and doubting those tests as obviously something is going on. Just not sure what and it’s driving me nuts.

If you made it this far thank you for reading. I’ve been extremely anxious about this and it’s been consuming my thoughts. Any advice is very much appreciated I really need to figure this out.

Start with a rash like this and progress to scab like below on two occasions. Now this rash appearance is visible in same spots sores appeared.

Example of sore after rash. Swabbed.

clogged gland?

Single sore after clogged gland. Swabbed.

red lines on veins at base of penis 2+ months now.

Two swabs came back negative for hsv 1/2. Tingling and tenderness, and burning pee continues.

its hard to tell although i personally dont think so (im also not a medical professional). swabs seem

to be the most accurate testing methods however.

I'm at a loss. I even went to a local STI clinic for a follow up on my file. they reviewed everything and took a look at the clogged pore issue I had going on at the time and told me that it was not herpes. I also showed them all my photos. But why am I still having so much tingling all over the place and rashes still visible? telling me that I don’t have something is great but leaving me to stew on what I know it’s not normal for my body is difficult, all well still having acute symptoms daily.

I am still having the tingling in the testes, shaft and head of penis daily off and on. Burning while I Pee to every single day for 2+ months. Does anybody else have any ideas as to what this could be?

I will be going back to the doctor tomorrow to discuss. I also still have some sensations in my face and lip. i’m sure anxiety is making it worse but it is not normal for my body.

I would really appreciate anybody’s opinion

Dude what ever happened with this? Going through something very similar, having panic attacks etc.

2 docs visually don't think its HSV – did blood work but it was only 13 days after sleeping with someone, so I'm inclined to redo the bloodwork since everything was negative. Going to a 3rd doc today.

Have these two little spots on my shaft that went immediately to small scab, no liquid, no open sore, no bleeding, no itching, no pain, no nothing. They don't look like hsv, but since its been 10 days and they havent fully healed, I'm forced to suspect that they are.
