Can you get herpes while having a bladder infection and peeing blood

    Of course. Why wouldn't you be able to have concurrent infections? Having said that, herpes can also be the cause of what feels like a bladder infection. Burning urination is an issue for many people, especially women, during a first outbreak. Frequent urination and urgency, however, are not typical with herpes.

      In your case, it sounds like you definitely have a UTI at the very least. Herpes seems unlikely given what you've said before.

      I really just don't feel like it is herpes , like there's no way I could have got them it doesn't make sense to me I honestly think it's a bladder infection because I feel like I keep needing to pee and when I pee I feel like I need to pee more but I can't because there's nothing there also the stinging is kinda gone but I think it just could be a sore inside my vagina that is uncomfortable and causing the irritation
