had this on my buttocks for 2 weeks now. first pic when it first happens and noticed it. its itchy. does not burn i thoight it was a pimple at first. now it looks like this?? could it be herpes

it doesnt look like a typical herpes outbreak to me. however it varies so much and look different for different people. worth getting it checked out though if you are worried
