Herpes???Bv?? Help

please help me ok so i had sex October 8th and i was feeling just fine till 2 days before Halloween November 1st i was feeling alott of Itchin so i went to a clinic I took a test and she said I had a yeast infection she showed me my pee and she said i had ALOT Of sodium in my pee and it was really dark like A orange yellow color I have been drinking a lot of Soda and a little water not much. I went to go get my pills and I’ve been taking them for a week and it seem to clear up but I still feel a little itchy today I want out and i was itching kind of bad but not too bad i got home and took a bath because when I pee, it burns a little so I took my phone out to see what’s going on down there and I see I have a cut above my clit and i have some weird bumps or something it looks kinda like a canker sore but the crazy part it was not there yesterday it’s like it happened overnight i’m making me a appointment so hopefully I find out soon but, I’m scared thats its herpes I looked on Google and i seen it probably could be a BV or herpes and I had three yeast infections this year but this is the worst one idk what it could be, can anybody help? please like ASAP image

      Might be herpes. You should have it checked!

    to be honest, I don’t know, but yours look very very similar to mine. I’m going to the hospital tomorrow i let u know

    herpes or could be reaction from meds?
